Terms of Service Sky Pics Adventures Last Updated: June 15, 2026. Welcome to Sky Pics Adventures. By accessing our website, booking an excursion, participating in an activity, or purchasing any products or services from Sky Pics Adventures, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Services Sky Pics Adventures provides guided outdoor excursions, kayaking experiences, snorkeling adventures, fishing trips, photography services, videography services, and related products and merchandise. All activities are subject to availability, weather conditions, safety considerations, and operational requirements. Reservations and Payments A reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit or full payment has been received. All pricing is subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time of booking will be honored for confirmed reservations. Cancellations and Refunds Customer cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled excursion may receive a refund less any non-refundable processing fees. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled excursion may be subject to partial or complete forfeiture of deposits and payments. Sky Pics Adventures reserves the right to cancel, modify, postpone, or reschedule activities due to weather, water conditions, equipment issues, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, customers may be offered a rescheduled date or credit toward a future excursion. Assumption of Risk Participation in outdoor activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: Kayaking Snorkeling Swimming Fishing Wildlife encounters Weather-related hazards Watercraft operation Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities. Participant Responsibilities Participants agree to: Follow all guide instructions Wear required safety equipment Act responsibly toward other guests Disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation Refrain from operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol Sky Pics Adventures reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behavior may jeopardize the safety of themselves or others. Photography and Videography As part of many excursions, photography and videography services may be provided. Unless otherwise requested in writing before the excursion, participants grant Sky Pics Adventures permission to use photographs, video footage, testimonials, and related media for promotional, marketing, website, social media, and advertising purposes. Participants may request exclusion from promotional use by notifying Sky Pics Adventures before the activity begins. Intellectual Property All photographs, videos, graphics, logos, website content, and creative materials remain the property of Sky Pics Adventures unless otherwise specified in writing. Purchased images are licensed for personal use unless commercial rights have been separately granted. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sky Pics Adventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in any activity or use of this website. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law provisions.
